Malaysian Host Terms of Service and Privacy Notice

This page summarises the rules that apply when you use Malaysian Host services and this website. Our services are provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform. The terms published in the client area at control.serverslot.com take precedence over this summary if there is any difference between them.

Services Covered

Malaysian Host provides KVM VPS hosting in Malaysia, dedicated servers in Kuala Lumpur and Cyberjaya, Windows RDP desktops in Kuala Lumpur, website and WordPress hosting on VPS infrastructure, and domain registration. Specifications and prices are described on this site and in the client area. You receive administrative access and are responsible for the software, content and configuration you place on your service, including updates and security.

Acceptable Use of Our Malaysian Services

Services must not be used for unlawful activity or to harm other people, networks or systems. Prohibited uses include spam and unsolicited bulk email, malware, phishing, fraud, network attacks or scanning of third parties, and content that infringes intellectual property or other rights. You are responsible for anyone you give access to, including staff and contractors. Services causing harm or disruption may be suspended while the matter is investigated.

Billing

Services are invoiced in advance for the billing period you choose, with prices in US dollars. We accept cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Domain prices are shown at checkout. Invoices that remain unpaid may lead to suspension and later termination in line with the client-area terms.

Ending a Service

You can request cancellation through the client area, effective immediately or at the end of the paid period. Copy any data you need beforehand, because data on cancelled services is deleted. Domains follow the renewal and expiry rules of their registry.

Your Data and Backup Duties

You are responsible for backing up your own data. Keep regular copies in a location separate from the service. Features such as RAID1 on some dedicated servers protect against a single disk failure but are not a substitute for backups.

Liability

We work to keep services available and secure, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales, lost profits or lost data. Any liability is limited as set out in the client-area terms.

How This Site Handles Privacy and Cookies

Account and billing information is used to provide and support your services. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies needed for the site to work are always on. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies". You can change your choice by clearing your browser's stored data for this site.

Updates to This Page

We may update this page as our services or legal requirements change. The current version applies from the time it is published here, and the client-area terms at control.serverslot.com remain the authoritative version.
